Cheryl Carter was born to Robert Carter and Hazel Plunkett Carter in Detroit, MI on June 17, 1957.

Cheryl never gave up, she was always in our corner. Cheryl will be deeply missed and thoughts of her will always be in our hearts and minds.

Cheryl passed on to eternity on August 22, 2021 from Wichita, KS.

Cheryl leaves to cherish her memory her sisters Levarn, Rita, and a cousin who was just like a sister, Mary Rose Turner (Ruth); brother John.; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
