Earlene "Tunda" (Wilson) Ray

Earlene "Tunda" Ray was born in Okmulgee, OK to Rufus Wilson and Inez Banks Wilson on October 3, 1953. Tunda and her family moved from Okmulgee to Wichita in the summer of 1957. She attended Wichita public schools, graduating from North High School in 1972. She met Ivory Joe Ray 48.5 years ago and after many years of knowing each other they were married on October 26, 1992. Tunda and Ivory had been married for 32 years when the Lord called her from labor to rest. Tunda liked "Bingo" until God told her no. She also loved going to "Walmart" and if someone mentioned "Walmart" she was ready to go :). Tunda leaves to cherish her memory her husband Ivory Ray; sons Chabon Wilson, Harold Wilson and Aries Brown all of Wichita; brothers Richard Wilson of Wichita and Michael Bland of Tulsa, OK; sisters Charlene Barnett of Wichita, and Tiffany Wallace of Tulsa, OK; many other relatives and friends.
