Henry is survived by his mother Charlene Mitchell Collins; sisters Sheryl Ransom and Lori Shaver; aunt Louvenia Mitchell; cousin Sam Davis and numerous other cousins;  other relatives and friends.

Henry is preceded in death by his father Henry Collins; brothers Michael E. Collins and John F. Collins.
