Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Lynn Williams was born October 21, 1986, to Grace Williams and Jayaunt Thompson. Her mother referred to her as “her miracle baby” due to her premature birth of five and a half months of gestation and weighing a remarkable one pound and 13 ounces. She overcame many obstacles to live a healthy life after a predicted lifespan of year. She graduated from West High in 2005 and went on to study as a pharmacy technician, CNA, and CMA. She worked for Catholic Care Center before becoming a full-time caregiver to her son, Gage. Jennifer loved to sing and had the voice of an angel. She happily volunteered to sing for every family event. She could often be found talking on the phone and providing an encouraging word to other mothers and a caring ear. Jennifer was a mama bear of four. She cared for her children like no one else could and never went anywhere without them. Jennifer is survived by her sons Sadonte, Shylin, Gage, and daughter Taliyah; fiancé Gregory Simpson Jr.; sisters, Nickie Williams, BreAnde Foreman, Julia Williams, Shaunte Forman and Jade Williams; brothers Billy Foreman Jr and Maurice Foreman; and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother Grace Williams; stepfather Billy Foreman Sr; grandparents George and Garvis Williams, Leodis and Addie Thompson.
