Karla Jeannine Hayden was born on January 27th, 1966, to Leon Bruce Brown and Sandra Ann Hayden in Wichita, KS. Karla attended the Wichita Public Schools and Graduated from West High School in 1984. Karla worked various jobs but, her most fulfilling and rewarding job was being a mother to Shawnacee and Buster Daniels Jr.
Karla, better known as “Nana” to all the children she cared for cherished and loved spending time with her family and friends. Karla loved to be in the kitchen cooking, cleaning, dancing, eating, singing, and making memories. She was an outstanding cook and enjoyed expressing her love through food and feeding others. Karla never knew a stranger, she would talk to anybody, anywhere, anytime. Karla selflessly served caring for children in her immediate and extended family, that included nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandkids. She was a very generous person with her time and enjoyed spending that time with the people she knew and loved. Karla’s kind-hearted and generous spirit endeared her to everyone who knew her. Now at peace in the loving embrace of our Heavenly Father, her memory remains forever embedded in the hearts of her loved ones.
Karla was greeted at the heavenly gates by her mother Sandra Ann Hayden, Her father Leon Bruce Brown, her Great-Aunt Ora B. Wheeler, and her Daughter Shawnacee L. Daniels.
Those who are left to cherish her memories are her Son Buster Daniels Jr and his wife Crystal Daniels of Wichita, KS; Her Siblings Michael E. Moore, Kathy A. Johnson, and Shawn A.
