Kevin is survived by his children Christine, LaTonya, Jasmine and Kaelen Elliott, Brise Crosby and stepson Kenny Small; his mother Pearl Penn; his sisters Kimberly Penn and Felicia Webb; grandchildren Fernando Salas Jr., Jayden Camacho, Jayda Camacho and Shauntez Elliott.
