Royce Brown Obituary

Royce N. Brown was born to Bruce Brown Sr. and Trishall (Starr) Dear on May 12, 1992. He was the fourth child born and the youngest boy. Royce attended Woodman Elementary in Wichita, KS. After elementary school Royce moved to Nashville, TN residing with his father until the age of 16 and during that time he attended John F. Kennedy Middle School, and Antioch High School, both in Nashville, TN. After he graduated from Job Corp where he obtained his diploma, he returned to Wichita with his mother where he attended college.

Royce also played sports, loved helping people, enjoyed drawing cartoons of people, buildings etc. Royce was very kind hearted and loved life, his family and friends. As someone once told his mother, Royce most definitely enjoyed life. If Royce could have he would have given the world to his friends, people he didn’t know; however, he tried to do and give them whatever he could. He would make the worst situation instantly the best. To hear that my son made a huge impact on a lot of people’s lives is a great feeling. To know that his bright laughter, the joy, and the unconditional love spilled all over is a wonderful feeling. He will be greatly missed.

Royce Brown is preceded in death by his grandmothers Shirley A Starr, and Gwendolyn Starr; grandparents H J Brown, and Ruby Brown, sister Kayla Brown; uncle James Starr, Royce Brown Sr., and David Brown; aunt LaQuisha Starr, Margaret Redmond, Joyce Brown, Nenya Dunn, and Phyllis Walker.

Those left to cherish every joyful memory is his mother Trishall Starr-Dear (Harvey); father Bruce Brown (Sonya); brothers LaFayette Starr, Quortez Brown, Bruce Brown Jr., Antoino Brown; sisters Cheryl Starr, Shayla Brown, and Shekina Brown; grandfather James Starr Sr.; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
